Fortis Energy is building two wastewater treatment plants integrated into the 9.36 MWe Karamanlı and 3.12 MWe Acıpayam biogas power plants. The plants are projected to treat 1200 and 400 cubic meters of wastewater a day.

The treatment plants discharge and clean wastewater for reusing water and producing fertilizer. They support green and clean energy production by preventing potential environmental pollution.

Fortis has three biogas power plants in Türkiye and one in Serbia. These plants produce a total of 160 million kWh of clean and renewable energy annually.
